Anyone else have this problem.? After I updated Parallels 10 yesterday (vas 10.1.3) ...now my Windows7 side keeps crashing on my Mac after around 10-15 minutes after it it opened.. I get some error message window that "an error occurred while accessing the Hard Disk 0 used by "Windows 7" . I then have to shut Parallels down. I've called support and they say its a bad sector on my Mac HD but I then called Apple and we checked in the recovery partition and there's no issues with the hard drive.
Everything was working fine until this new update so it's obviously the factor that changed. Anybody have any solutions since Parallels support suggested I reformat the entire drive which is just unacceptable especially when Apple proved there is nothing wrong.. Thx much ..DannyB1

Yes, 10.1.3 Parallels Tools Drivers seem to be bad, system no longer boots properly and has tons of stability issues. Uninstall the tools and things are much better, but you really have to know windows from and IT Support perspective to even get the tools uninstalled to even troubleshoot...

10.1.3 also messed up windows 7 for me. Windows 7 now shows over 200% CPU usage and excel stops responding. Files with data tables cannot be saved. I will go back to 10.1.1

I have exactly these problem but Windows 7 freezes un start-up. It is also left running even when Parallels is force quit, and it leaves IOS running very slowly afterwards. So I don't want to run parallels agin until the issues with this latest updat are sorted. (BTW I am running Yosemite 10.1.3)
    Thanks GuyT

My error report was ticket 2065306. I uninstalled 10.1.3 and reinstalled 10.1.1. This seems to have solved the problem with excel. Windows 7 is still using very high CPU % but not quite as bad as before.

Having the same problems with the Parallels 10.1.3 update and Windows 7 as soon as we applied the update. Windows start-up won't even complete. Tried running Windows repair, which also wouldn't complete successfully. Running OS X Yosemite 10.10.1. Does anyone know when Parallels will have a fix for this?
