    Hello,
first: please excuse my bad english... ;-)
We have a iMac and on this iMac is Parallels installed. There is a Windows7-Guest-OS running since about 6 Month. The IT-Admin is some kind oft lost... he left the Group (in Germany it´s called "Verein", a Non-Profit-Organisation) and no other has experience in MACs oder Parallels. On the virtual Windows, some Software is running, that isn´t available for MAC.

Since Saturday, the virtual Machine wont start anymore. If you klick the Parallels-Icon, it starts, but brings some Hints like this:

We don´t know what to do... tried to use a Snapshot to set the OS back to November, but it didn´t work.

Tried soemthing more, but like i said... i have no expierience in MAC or even Parallels, only in Windows... The iMac ist about 6 Month old.
Normaly it keeps every month a snapshot, but snapshots for December and January aren´t there. Only till November...
Maybe space for the virtual HDD is to low? It has a size about 98 GB on the disk (but on picture 3 stands 64GB...).
Searched the internet, asked Google and in some Forums (there, someone told me to ask the Parallels-Support). But till now, no one can help...
Any ideas? What can we do?
    Thanx anyways...
    Greetings!

I don't speak german but from the screen shots it looks like you have 2 hard drives. Try checking the boot order of your vm under Actions-configure-boot order see which hard drive you are booting from. Try using the other drive to boot from. With out being able to read German this is the only suggestion I can offer.

What is going on if you press "OK" on the message "Eine der Festplatten konnte nicht geöffnet werden"? VM should start but without second disk. Does your VM really contain two virtual hard disks?
I do not like your last screenshot. Did you add a second disk later? I hope you didn't click "Recreate"
button... Please generate a problem report data after you press "OK" on a message at VM start and share its ID here.
    Thank you.
