parallels desktop 9 configuration is locked, i can't change

my english is not good. i try my best to describe my problem.

i want to change configuration, but i found it was locked. I can't not change. why?

i need to use directx 10.

You can make changes to Virtual Machine configuration only if Windows is shut down completely.
