Could one confirm that Bootcamp and Parallels is faster than Parallels as a app. from within Yosemite ?

There shouldn't be any noticeable difference in performance between basing the VM on Bootcamp or a virtual disk.

You will, however, get better I/O performance if the virtual disk or Bootcamp partition lies in a different real disk than OS X, as the two OSs will not be competing for I/O.

Thank You . So better a dual disk Mac with the MacOS on the primary disk and Parallels on the sec disk.

You can use an external disk over a very fast connection like USB 3 or Thunderbolt.
We are talking about achieving the best possible performance in Parallels and for that, separate disks are better.
