Best setting for running Windows 8 under Parallels 10

What is the best settings for running Windows 8 under Parallels 10 (iMac running Yosemite)?
Had a recent issue with my Windows VM (which the Parallels Tech was great in helping) and updated to Parallels 10. But Windows is still "sluggish", especially when playing some games. And not even processor intensive games - even things like Microsoft Solitaire.

Please follow the steps as given below and check how it works :
1. Update your Parallels Desktop to the latest build ( http://kb.parallels.com/111603 )
2. Uninstall Parallels Tools on your Windows VM and re-install it again ( http://kb.parallels.com/4841 )
3. Increase the Ram size of you Windows VM based on its recommended range ( http://kb.parallels.com/113649 )
