MacOS X 10.9.5, Guest OS - Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit, Parallels 10 After upgrade Parallels to 10.1.1 (it happened yesterday) a lot of my user data from Windows folder Users/username were disappeared. Include TrueCrypt container with 160+ Gb of very important files. Virtual Windows HDD - 320Gb, before upgrade it has approx 250Gb of data, but now - just 53Gb. i don't know how to restore my user data and how Parallels team start to sell product w/o a lot of tests.
not good, 0 support from Parallels team, "please wait information from support" but more than 90% of information restored from backups, mails, etc now i will use Bootcamp on my Macbook, i'm not a Parallels beta tester

i didn't use Time Machine for backups, i did it manually, 3-4 per months and for truecrypt container only

after more than 40 days i got 90% of files from one of the data restore company, spend more than 1000 usd. Thank you Parallels support team for your ABSOLUTELY ZERO support.
