An recent OS X update required an update to Parallels Desktop for Mac. Upon visiting Parallels web site to purchase the upgrade, I was outraged and disappointed in Parallels to find the only way to purchase the upgrade was to spend an additional $19.99 on Parallels Access. A product I do not want or need. I was forced to make this purchase due to time constraints. However, trust relationships are important in business. Parallels actions have so severely fractured ours that we will be moving to VMWARE on our next upgrade cycle.
