I had a problem with my Win7 running on Parallels Desktop and the Windows is not able to enter on the virtual machine. So I can't access my files on this virtual machine and don't know how to back them up. Can anybody help me?

    Thank you.

    Hi OndrejP,

Please locate your Virtual Machine file as suggested at : http://kb.parallels.com/117333
Right Click on the located Virtual Machine file -> Open With -> Parallels Mounter
The Virtual Machine hard-disk will be mounted on your Mac (you can find them on the left side pane of the Finder)

Thank you. It is really working BUT when I try to enter any folder in the mounted HDD system write me an error that I do not have permission to view the content. But I'm logged into OS X as administrator with all the permissions.
