registered on your site and unable to use PD 10

    Hello,
    I've just bought an update of PD 9 to PD10.
    The connexion for the registration on the application is impossible.
    I've registered on he site, before I've verified that the product was active, it was.
    Now, I'm blocked on the screen of connexion and I can't use PD10.
    My internet connexion is okay, i'im writing to you.
    What can I do?

    It's me again,

    I found the control center on the menu, it's working, but the window of the connection is still there

    Hi Jean-ClaudeH,

    Please check your Antivirus settings and disable antivirus till the registration is completed.
