Hi I am using Parallels 3.0 running WIndows 2000 on Mac OS 10.4. I am trying to lodge my tax return (Australian) using a windows app (no mac version available). It runs perfectly OK in Parallels except it cannot connect to the tax office over the internet. The help file says: To download the e-tax software, access to http port 80 has to be allowed to http://www.ato.gov.au IP 203.202.41.1 For verification and lodgment – https via port 443 has to be allowed to https://verification.etax.ato.gov.au IP 203.202.41.156 https://lodgement.etax.ato.gov.au IP 203.202.41.155 Data is transmitted using 128 bit SSL encryption. Does anyone have any ideas why it would not connect? I am running Parallels with shared networking.
