Old Product key in Upgrade: " invalid key "

Well, i have a problem of validation key!

I have Bought on Apple Store on Line about a month ago the Parallels for Mac 2,5. This morning i have decided to download and purchase the upgrade from your site to install the version 3.0 .

When i have to insert the second pruduct key, the old original of version 2.5, the system tell me that is an " invalid key " !!! How is possible if i used the program till before doing the upgrade !?!?!

I wish that support solve this problem quickly or i'll do bad publicity to the program because it's not possible to stay blocked with the program that doesn't work...

I hope that soon someone will solve my problem.

The problem is not solved. It's the older Key of the original product, not of the upgrade, that when i have to put it in the module after the new one Key of the upgrade, says INVALID KEY.
