I have just upgraded Parallels 9 to Parallels 10. Under the previous version I had all my Windows programs (MS Office primarily) running from the Mac Dock. The icons are still there, but do not call up the program: I now have to go to the Windows Start menu and run from there. Also: I have the Windows task bar at the bottom of my screen - I can pin the windows apps to that but the whole point of Parallels island coherence mode is to get away from this sort of distinction. How can I correct this problem - it is hugely irritating and means I will have to reload Parallels 9 unless there is a solution. Oh - incidentally - I see also that Command-Q now closes Parallels as opposed to just the live program itself. Another painful distinction from the Mac processes. Hugh
