Buy version 9 and receive 10. What a gift!

What a bummer! I have Parallels Desktop 9 trial. I have used it 4 days and I like it. Today I have purchased and I received an e-mail with a link to download version 10 and the activation key. Neither things useless to me. The version 10 does not go on my iMac late 2006 and the activation key for version 10 does not work for my trial version 9. The joke has cost me € 79.99. A solution, please.

Why do you need a trial if you already bought the commercial copy?

 

I had a trial Parallels Desktop 9 and after using it for 4 days and be very happy I decided to buy it. When starting trial Parallels Desktop 9 gave the option to continue or buy. I click the button buy, sent me to the purchase page, paid by PayPal's €79.99 and I received an e-mail with the download link and activation key. Imagine my surprise when the downloaded version was 10 and not 9. When trying to install the version 10 a notice saying that version could not be installed on my iMac because it was not 64-bit. In my late 2006 iMac can only install version 9, which I have already installed in trial mode and just need to activate it an activation key.

If you wish you can send me the link to download a commercial copy of Parallels Desktop 9 I bought and the activation key.
