Activation Process

    Hi,

    I am considering to purchase Parallels Desktop 10, but there is a problem. I will regularly reinstall the Mac OS X, and it will be disturbing if activating information could not be linked to my Parallels account. Is there any deactivating process for product? I didn't find such information in manual.

    Hi Chenye,
    Your activated keys show up at My Account section, but it doesn't have deactivation option.
    If you have any issues with activation, you can contact Parallels Support.

    Hi Andrew

    Does it means that I can log in a new copy with my activated account instead of activating with product key? just like my Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud accounts?

    You will need a key if that is a brand new OS X install.
    Logging in to My Account is used for registration, but you will need a key for activation.
