Problem resizing Windows 7....?

Works great in full-screen, but when i resize the VM window by dragging the bottom-right corner of the window, the VM desktop fits to the resized window fine, but applications do not and retain their original size, chopping off part of the application screen.

Any ideas?

Please (re) install Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841 and check how it works!
