I have VMWare .vmdk, .ovf and .mf files. Can I use these to create a machine?

    Hi Mackgoo,

With Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac you can use Windows that you set up using earlier versions of Parallels Desktop, as well as VMware Fusion, Microsoft Virtual PC, and Virtualbox.

Supported files extensions to create a Parallels Virtual Machines are:

    1. Parallels Desktop data files end with .pvm.
    2. VMware files end with .vmx.
    3. Virtual PC files end with .vmc.
    4. VirtualBox files end with .xml or .vbox.
