    Done. Your system is pristine.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels Tools but still have the issue.

    Can anyone help?

    Hello Jason43,

Please try creating an empty Virtual Machine and map the hard disk of your original Windows Virtual Machine to the empty one. Follow the steps as suggested at: http://kb.parallels.com/121578 to transfer hard drive from the virtual machine to empty one.

If still the issue persists please create a problem report ID and reply us. please follow this knowledge base article to create a problem report ID: http://kb.parallels.com/9058
