I received a mail by parallels offering a 20% reduction on an upgrade, i.e. 40 EUROS instead of 50 EUROS. I was curious to see the normal upgrade charge and believe it or not: It is the same, with the little difference of being in Dollars, meaning that my "birthday present" was heavily overcharged instead of cheaper. 40 $ are 29 EUROS! Even adding the VAT of 20% to 29 EUROS gives me 35 EUROS and not 40. This is a big disappointment with Parallels' PR department. They lie and cheat and their offer in reality is more expensive than the 'normal' offer.
