Hi, This is strange: when I use Parallels 9 in window mode, there's no dock icon and Parallels does not show up in the command-tab menu. It's quite annoying because when the Parallels window is covered, the nay way to go back to it is by using Exposé - All windows (where it does show up). I've tried changing the setting for Dock icon from 'parallels icon' to 'guest os' and back again but no result. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks! Best regards, Theo-Paul van Kampen
Hello Theo-Paul, Please go to VM configuration (http://kb.parallels.com/117287) > select Options > choose Full screen > Enable Use Mac OS X full screen Let us know how it works.
It was already enabled. So I disabled it and that worked! I now have a nice icon and, more importantly, I can command-tab to the Parallels window. I've also re-enabled the full screen feature and the dock icon is still there. Apparently, the full screen checkbox has reset something somewhere. Thanks for your help! Regards, Theo-Paul
