Install PD8 on another new Mac

Hi I purchased an activation key for PD8 and activated PD8 on my old Mac Mini, and used it very well for 8 months or so

Yesterday I purchased a new MacBook Air 11' and would like to transfer the license of PD8 from the old Mac Mini to the new MBA, I decided no longer use PD8 on Mac Mini anymore.

Question: I found an article in the KB and I uninstalled the PD8 on Mac Mini, but I still couldn't activate PD8 on my new MBA coz it says activation key reaches maximum blah blah blah

How do I solve that problem?
