Problem with recognising USB printers (Epson SP R800 and Epson 4800) attached to the Mac's Time Capsules. Both printers work correctly attached to Time Capsules via USB under OS-X on the local Wi-Fi net and both have correct drivers for Windows 8.1 64x under Parallels 9... In OS-X System Preferences both are set to be shared. But Windows 8.1 do not see them at all... Would someone from Parallels support give, please, step by step help how to configure the printers with Wi-Fi network and USB connection to Mac's Time Capsules? Thank you in advance, Mike
Hi MichalH, Please (re)install Parallels Tools (http://kb.parallels.com/4841) and follow the steps as suggested at: http://kb.parallels.com/4886 to set up a network printer. Thanks, Mervin
Hi Mervin, thanks for suggestion: however the 4886 paper from knowledge base is only about setting up the TCP/IP connection (which I have done few days ago following the same paper for the Epson SC T7000 plotter - and the plotter is working correctly now) and currently I need to connect 2 USB only printers to the same network. OS-X 10.9.3 with Parallels 9 and Windows 8.1 64x on Wi-Fi local network. I need to connect both USB printers through 2 separate Time Capsule's USB connectors. And 2 USB scanners are waiting to connected next... Would you, please, try for more alternatives how to proceed? Thanks in advance, Mike
