Crash After 'Get Trial Key' - Please Help!

    Hi

    I am trying to get the trial version of your software up and running to see if it serves me better than bootcamp does.

    After clicking 'Get Trial Key' during installation, a pop up appears that says the program is successfully installed. However, after that the program immediately crashes....When starting it up again, I am prompted to enter my email address again, fill out the trial key again, and so forth.

    Could you please send me a usable key so I can get this up and running a.s.a.p.?

    Me too experiencing same issue. It crashes every time I click Get Trail Key after login.

    Hi All,

    Please try to uninstall Parallels Desktop as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/116992

    On your Mac, go to Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility -> Select Macintosh HD -> Choose Repair Disk permission and reboot your Mac once it is completed.

    Re-download Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac again from : www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd9 and install it on your Mac again and check how it works!
