Can't Upgrade to Version 8 - provided key not valid - case #1474979

    Hello,

    after I bought version 7 I was eligible vor a free upgrade to to version 8. However I had to ask for the vested 8 key.
    So I was given an activation key by email ("ordersupport-escalated"), which i tried some days ago for the first time.

    Unfortunaltely it doesn't work and it is even possible that got my own version 7 key in return to my claim.

    Plese can you provide me with a working key?
