How can I use FN Keys, as FN Keys, when using a TB Display + Wireless keyboard?

First, yesterday I found this KB article: http://kb.parallels.com/en/114309

I followed the above article, and it didn't fix my problem. At that time, I had my Macbook plugged into my Thunderbolt display. I use a Logitech K750 Bluetooth keyboard, which I think is probably the most common, third party keyboard in use.

Anyway, after changing all of these settings, I could not get Parallels to pass along my Function-key presses to my applications in Parallels. By chance, I need to take my MB from the desktop and I had to move to a separate location. When I opened my Macbook (which was asleep) I went back to my work in the Windows 7, parallels environment and, all of a sudden, the FN keys were working.

What I have found is that if I follow the above instructions, the Function keys behave as Function keys, but only when I'm working on my Macbook, without the ThunderboltDisplay/Wireless Keyboard combo.

Is there something that I can do (even if I have to constantly toggle settings) to be able to use the FN keys on my keyboard, while using my Thunderbolt?

I know that similar questions have been asked numerous times, but I haven't found this to be addressed, from this type of scenario. Certainly I'm not the only person using Parallels with a Wireless Keyboard, through Thunderbolt.

    Hi,

Please check the keyboard layout on Wireless keyboard and according to it change the keyboard layout on Parallels Desktop as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/111674

    ManjoD,

Thank you for responding. However, I followed the link on your post and I do not have an (Apple)-Parallels keyboard mapping, and I've reinstalled Parallel Tools for Windows multiple times. This has not fixed the problem.
