Hello tayjack, Parallels Desktop allows you to run windows OS on your Mac and Parallels Desktop does not come up with Windows OS in it. To run the Windows applications on Parallels Desktop, you need to install Windows OS on your Parallels Desktop by following the steps as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4729 After installing Windows OS on your Parallels Desktop you will be able to install and use the Windows based application on your Window Virtual Machine
