I just got a new Mac Book Pro 2.4 15". every time I try and install parallels tools it crashes window (xp pro ) I have sent over 20 messages to parallels support for over two weeks now with absolutely NO response at all. I can not run parallels in coherence. Every time I try and just install the video driver the vm crashes the network driver will not work every time I try to enable it it brigs up a error time sync is disabled and can not be enabled as well as a few others. I have uninstalled and reinstalled parallels 3.0 I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the tools (all the way down to the registry) so with absolutely no help from parallels in over TWENTY FATAL ERROR EMAILS I REALLY DO NOT THINK THAT THEY CARE ONE BIT about paying costumers. At least microsoft and dell would send you a email back at least to give you the run around nova does NOTHING except not support there product . As I look around this forum I see a lot of people complain about your support and for a very good reason I really hope nova you open your eyes or else you will become a one hit wonder with only the few programs you have because if you are not going to be here for me the first 20 + time I will never be there for you again either you need to really conceder that.

Sadly, I think your experience has been a common one. I did get a response to my email about horrible problems with 3.0 Coherence and drag and drop. Unfortunately, all it said was to uninstall and reinstall Tools which I've done about 10 times already with no success. This latest build really killed it for me.

I think they are buried working problems which need fixed in the next release.

Look on the bright side: If this was SPRINT they'd cancel your contract. Hmm .. not sure which side is "brighter" ;(

The biggest problem with Parallels seems to be that it is so unpredictable. Some, like me, have had no problems -- while others have many different problems. The lack of a pattern is dumfounding, to users and (I suspect) to Parallels Support as well.

I guess canceling something that does not work would just be telling me to stop using something that I can not use which also makes as much sense as how parallels seems to be working I have it on my Mac Pro and not a single problem but in my MBP oh boy nothing but problems I really hope they get it all fixed soon it looks like they are going to have a lot of people going to another vm provider

well I finally got a response from the email support. the only problem is I do not think they understood me at all because the advice that I was given was for some one who actually had the tools installed. Since I can not install them my vm crashes every time I try the advice does not work.
