I started Parallels 9, did "Check for Update" from menu, it said new version available, so I downloaded it, then clicked on "install", soon thereafter it says that it can't install because the " Parallels Virtual Machine" is running, even though the VM appeared to quit when I clicked on install. I tried a few times, but keep getting this problem. It's never happened before, and I've been using Parallels for years. How do I get past this? Thanks! Bruce
