Unable to create optical drive

    Having a tough time installing operating systems now because when I try to install Ubuntu 12.04 from ISO I am given this error message, and it tries to do a network boot after this failure. Any ideas? Very annoying. I am running Parallels 9.0.24217 on OS X 10.9.2 on a Retina 15 MBP. Any other information that I can give that would be helpful let me know.

    We recommend you to check with the .iso file or try installing with a different image file.
