Printing under Snow Leopard server??

I successfully installed Snow Leopard server under Parallels 9, but it comes with no printer support.
HP says support for the Laserjet 4015 is built into Snow Leopard.

How can I get a driver to install? It's not on the HP web site.

 

I see now that Parallels says "Printing is not supported for this guest system."

Why not?

 

If it's USB, connect directly to the VM via the USB menu.

 

It's not USB, but by specifying the IP address I was able to get most of it working as an IPP printer. Thanks for your help.
