reproducible: ichat freezes when parallels is running

anyone has the same experience? this is very reproducible for me.

if parallels is running before ichat starts a new conversation, ichat would probably freeze in the 'starting chatting with xxxx' phase.
if ichat starts first, then after parallels runs for some time, the picture in ichat would freeze, but the conversation will still go on with sounds ok.
in either case, it's hard to quite ichat. even with 'force quit', ichat will still remain on the dock with a running flag.

running a windows xp in parallels here. usb disabled for parallels, does not help on this.
any hints? thanks!
