Copy and Paste doesn't work. I have tried all fixes related to forums

MAC OSX 10.9.2
Windows 8.1

isolate mac - disabled, etc, etc

this has been ongoing for some time

 

(Re-)install Parallels Tools.

 

I have done the reinstall of parallel tools several times, with no success

I tried every step in article 8969 with no success. This seems to be a common issue. Does anyone else have 8.1 copy and paste working?
