Can anyone tellme how to run windows on this mac mini from 2005. I just want to use it to play games such as football manager.

    Thanks in advance

    Parallels requires an Intel CPU.

It would only possible via an emulator (Parallels isn't one, an emulator emulates a different architecture/processor), I used Connectix Virtual PC about 12 years ago on a G4 to run Windows 2000, this was painfully slow, no hardware acceleration was/is possible, forget about running anything 3D.
