Hi, I did a search but couldn't find anything in the threads about this. I have a macbook pro 2012 (i7 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD). If I move an excel spreadsheet or my ForEx software onto the external monitor and maximise it, the mouse click activates a bit lower than where the pointer is but only on the external monitor. I have tried the monitor in both orientations and tried "Scaled" instead of "best" without a change in the behaviour. If I run in Full screen this isn't a problem. When I am in coherence and see this issue, at the top of the screen below the menu bar is a thin grey shape that looks like the bottom of a window stretching most of the way across the external screen. the distance it sticks down below the menubar is similar to how far out the mouse accuracy is. Also if I resize the window but don't maximise, the mouse lines up. Strange.
Hi Duncan Whitcombe, Please disable 3D acceleration and Vertical Synchronization. - Go to Configure of VM ( http://kb.parallels.com/117287 ) -> Hardware -> Video - Disable 3D acceleration or change it to Direct X 9. - Uncheck "Enable Vertical Synchronization". Thanks, Abdul
