newbie question..Am I better to buy switch to Mac or the regular parallel Desktop ve

Good evening, I looked the Parallel website and there is clear information about this, so I'm transferring from a Windows 7 Ultimate to an Imac, I don't want to use bootcamp, and at this point the only program from the Windows machine i really need to use is my Quickbook Pro.
Since I'm also getting Joint Venture, the staff at the Apple store will move my data(pictures, docs, etc) to the Imac....so I there a real reason to buy the Switch to Mac version, does it gives more then the regular desktop version ???
