I have tried to download Windows 8.1 trial 4 times now and it keeps downloading corrupted with Problem ID 15332. I have purchased Windows 8.1 Pro from the Microsoft store, but I cannot download it until I have Windows working on Parallels. Any ideas how to get this to download correctly? I am on a new MBP Retina.

    Hi pro3dguy,

This can happen due to corruption during transmission over network or the published checksum does not match the file.

Restart the download after deleting the damaged VM from Documents/Parallels folder or deleting the damaged iso file.

It would great if you could try to re-download from a different faster network, if that is possible.

    Thanks,
    Looran

I am downloading it through FIOS. I tried this about 8 times and gave up. I went and bought a disk and an external super-drive. Its up and operational now, but it does seem to crash my computer a lot--all the way to a forced instant restart. This is not the most stable software ever.

    Hi pro3dguy ,

This is not something which is supposed to happen.
How much RAM did you assign to the virtual machine?

    Thanks,
    Abdul

4 gigs. everything about my computer has gotten really unreliable since I installed this. It crashes to instant restart frequently. I have uninstalled Access which has helped, but I am REALLY not happy with this software at this point. I use this computer for 3d production, so these crashes are not ok. It crashes now even when parallels isn't running, so I don't know what is going on. It crashes a lot. It was solid before I installed this.
