I have installed Win 8 with Parallels 7 on my IMAC running OSX 10.7.5. As with many others on these forums, coherence mode does not function. The message I get reads: "An error occurred while switching to Coherence. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact the Parallels support team for assistance." The message then cites ID 15232. I have looked at this message, it does not seem to apply. Win 8 works in normal window mode, only coherence is a problem. I have tried reinstalling Parallels Tools several times, nada. I've read the various previous messages on this subject, tried whatever has been suggested, no better. Is it possible that coherence just doesn't work with Win8? Or with the combo of Win 8/Parallels 7? Would appreciate any help, thanks. John
