Upgrade to Parallels 9 stalls

    When upgrading to parallels 9, the installer stalls when removing older version.
    The gauge stops half way through.

    What happens and what can I do?

    Please remove the previous version of Parallels Desktop before upgrading to Parallels Desktop 9.

    To uninstall the previous version of Parallels Desktop from your Mac, please refer to the link below :

    http://kb.parallels.com/114612

    After uninstalling the previous version, please install Parallels Desktop 9 and let us know how it goes.
