Why does Parallels 9 ask me to Activate it EVERY time it starts?

    I activate it and it is successful but it keeps requesting activate every time it is restarted.

    OSX 10.9.1 is fully up to date.
    Parallels Build 9.0.24172 (Revision 951362; Tuesday, December 3, 2013)

    i have got the similar problem. I activate it and it is successful but it keeps requesting activate every time it is restarted. i am using parallel desktop 9. plz giv some detailed suggestion on how to fix it...
