Dual Monitor Display with Parallels 8?

My work has set me up on a Mac with OS X 10.9.1 and installed Parallels Desktop so that I can run Windows 7 on it. I use dual monitors, but I cannot figure out how to get my Windows 7 screen to extend to the 2nd monitor.

Windows seems to detect both monitors and the Multiple Displays setting is set to "Extend these displays". My main monitor displays Windows 7 just fine. My 2nd monitor only shows OS X. If I turn off Parallels, OS X will extend to both monitors like normal.

Does Parallels Desktop support dual displays? If so, how do I set it up? Thanks.

 

Make sure this option is checked: Parallels menu > View > Use all displays in full screen. If it is, enter full screen and generate a Problem report via Parallels Help menu, post report ID here.
