    Hello all,

I have a new mac air with mavericks installed. I recently purchased paralells 9 and installed a windows 7 64 bit professional vm. I am able to remote desktop into my work computer and also vnc into the same work computer and any other computer joined to our domain. The vm is joined to the domain. I have remote desktop setup on the vm allowing me as a domain user to RDP to it. But I can't. I can not even ping the vm address or vm computer name. Please help.....The mac book is also plugged into the work LAN.

    Hi,

Just to be sure, you are using Bridged networking, right? If so, you should look somewhere in the Windows configuration..

    > I can not even ping the vm address
It is because Windows by default block incoming pings. This behaviour could be changed in Windows Firewall settings
