exercise in OCD how to change a virtual machine's icon in the vm launcher menu

Ok so I have terrible OCD, this kind of things drives me absolutely nuts. So I just created a VM and installed Xubuntu 12.10, it auto detects it as ubuntu linux (which it is, just a different DE). The annoying thing is because it auto detects as ubuntu it gives it the ubuntu icon in the vm launcher. I have downloaded the xubuntu icon but I have no idea how to change the icon in the launcher menu... any help would be appreciated!!
