Hi I am running Mac Lion with Parallels Before I install Parallels, my VPN works fine. In Lion, I can set Wifi as top priority in service order, VPN as second and when I try to remote connect to my remote server, it can find and connect to it. After I install Parallels, in Lion, I must either set VPN to top priority (Network service order) OR route all traffic through VPN before it connects. This happens even if I am not actually running Parallels. it seems that installing Parallels forces my network traffic to go to my default gateway of 192.168.1.1 and never goes through VPN. Also two more things, after this, I uninstalled Parallels, and the VPN works correctly in Lion. Second, I install Fusion 4.0 and it works just fine, however, Fusion is much slower and not as intuitive to use. I would prefer to go back to Parallels. Would appreciate any advice. Update 7/5/2012: Found this in a further search ... hopefully this works. I am going to try it http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=102178
