    Hello,

I successfully installed Parallels 8 and Windows7 OEM Builder... just followed the Parallels wizard and everything worked easily.

Performance for the Windows version of Outlook is a little laggy... so I was thinking that things would be better if I boot directly into Windows for that. Is that possible with Parallels 8, or do I need to also create a partition using Bootcamp?

If I do need to use Bootcamp, I assume I'll need to uninstall Parallels and Windows, create the Bootcamp partition, install re-install Windows, and reinstall Parallels to point to the bootcamp Windows install for the times when I'd prefer to run in Coherence mode. Am I correct?

If so, since this is Windows7 OEM Builder... I think it can only be installed on 1 machine, ever. Will a reinstall into the bootcamp partition work, or will Windows think I'm trying to install on a different machine?

    Thanks!
    Jeff

What you can do is install on Bootcamp and use the Bootcamp partition as the HD for the VM, but not the other way around. So yeah, you've have to create a bootcamp partition and start over.
