Converting shared environment to separate

I have Windows 7 in Parallels 8 and it shows the same icons on my Windows 7 desktop as it does on my Mac.

Is it possible to convert this so that all the data is separate so there are effectively two separate machines? i.e. no data is shared and I would have to drag and drop from one to the other to transfer data.

Simply un-check VM Configuration > Options > Sharing > Shared profile
