Opening PDF files in Outlook on Windows Side

    Please, help me to get this right.
    Trying to open PDF file in outlook with proper way. Every time, I click the PDF files in Outlook, Safari is popping up and
    showing me a blank page or blacked out page. How do I assign this PDF file to Adobe reader or other programs?(windows side)

    BTW, I do not have any problem opening PDF files in MAC side. Click it and Adobe reader will take care me good.
    I would like to be able to open PDF files in Outlook with no problem on window side as well.

    OSX : 10.7.5
    Parallels : version 5

    I get the same and am looking for a solution, I'll reply with a link when I find it, maybe if you find a solution let me know too?

    OK I should have done the obvious first. Just goto Windows Explorer in coherence mode and change the file association away from Safari. :)

    can you give me more instructions? I'm in coherence mode now and outlook open... need attachments as pdf but it keeps attaching and opening as safari
