After running the Windows 7 service pack when Parallels finally booted into Windows 7 all I have is a black screen. I can't see anything and everything was fine before this happened. Any ideas/solutions as to what happened/what do I need to do to correct this.

I have had this same problem and have posted on it Everything was fine until I installed Parallels Tools. Then the screen went black on reboot. I'm surprised it's been over 2 months and you've had no response.
