Help Needed - Changing Mac's

I currently have a 21" iMac, and have recently bought a new 27" iMac which I expect to be delivered next week. I want to use my Parallels Desktop 7 on the new iMac and remove it from the old one.

The original version of Parallels that I bought was Desktop 6, and I later upgraded to Desktop 7. I do not have the original dmg file for the Desktop 6, but do have the dmg file for Desktop 7.

When I get the new iMac, I intend to use the setup assistant to migrate all my files and settings from the old machine to the new, then set up the old machine for the kids to use.

My problem is that I want to migrate Desktop 7 onto the new iMac, but am unsure if I can do this by migration, or if not whether I will be able to do it with the Desktop 7 upgrade dmg file that I have.

Can anyone explain to me what I need to do to get Parallels Desktop 7 on the new iMac?
