Parallels desktop 6 for mac 6.0.12106 on SnowLeopard

I am currently running osx 10.5.8/Leopard on an Intel 2.4Ghz Core 2 DUO CPU with 2Gb memory. I have Parallels desktop 6 for MAC Build 6.0.12106 installed. Currently the only VMs I have are Windows-XP/PRO. I am lookimg to upgrade OSX to SnowLeopard 10.6.3. Will my existing Parallels continue to work?? I dont want to shell out money to upgrade Parallels if I can avoid it. Is there any documentation on how to do the upgrade?? What I mean is, what will I need to do to Paralels after upgrading to SnowLeopard. Any help would be much appreciated. Please dont tell me to search the forums. I have spent hours searching and all I can find are references to parallels 8 and 4 on snowLeopard
