My Mac printer (Xerox 7400) has 6 trays. I've just reinstalled the driver on the Windows (7) side (following http://kb.parallels.com/en/4990 and other appropriate instructions), but only 5 trays appear. I actually need to use tray 6--which was previously visible on the Windows side and accessible until today. Before reinstalling driver today, this tray was suddenly visible but not accessible (that is, I could select it in various print/printer dialogs but it could not be accessed by the application so only plain paper from the default tray was output). The printer works perfectly on the Mac side.

How can I regain access to tray 6? I can't use the manual/bypass tray because it only holds a small amount of paper and I print hundreds from tray 6. I also use all the other trays regularly, workflow would be significantly impacted by moving paper between trays to sidestep this new problem.

    Thanks for any help!

I may have found a solution: tray 6 has appeared in the "PS" (native?) driver, but not in the Bonjour driver. It's working now.
