    Thank's Sergk

I've sent reports and have phoned. The guy I spoke to was to ring back back but never did.

The problem is each time I start XP I get the screen shot above "Parallel tools has encounter an error" at the end of XP start up.

I try to start coherence it stalls and I get the error above and coherence does not open. I've tried the suggestion on Parallels solution but these have not worked as well.

    I will send another report.

I don't know how to explain the problems any better as I'm a builder and not great with computers.

It means that you have problem with Parallels Tools inside Windows XP. You should uninstall them manually and install again:
    1) Open Control Panel in Windows XP
    2) Choose 'Add or Remove Programs'
    3) Select 'Parallels Tools' in list and click 'Remove' button
    4) Reboot Windows XP after uninstallation process completion

    Then install Parallels Tools Again:
    1) Start Windows XP, log into it
    2) Open 'Virtual Machine' Mac menu item
    3) Select 'Install Parallels Tools'
    4) Wait until installation process completed
    5) Reboot Windows XP (it should appear automatically)

In "Parallel tools has encounter an error" dialog window press 'Send' button. You should see Problem Report ID. Tell me this ID, please.

    All you need is:
    1) Shutdown Windows XP
    2) Open Virtual Machine Configuration ('Virtual Machine' menu item --> Configure)
    3) Go to Options tab
    4) Go to Advanced item (last item in list)
    5) Set 'Time' option to 'Do not Sync'
    6) Close Virtual Machine Configuration window
    6) Start Windows XP

Let me know if problem persists.
